MELTAVIS presents the newly developed hotmelt adhesive MELTAVIS® TL 3577 for the production of roofing membranes. This state-of-the-art polyolefin adhesive was specially formulated for the lamination of TPU films with fleece.
The adhesive offers an exceptionally high adhesive strength and also impresses with a high softening point and cold temperature flexibility. During development, special attention was also paid to long-term aging stability. MELTAVIS® TL 3577 can be applied using both spray nozzles and slot die nozzles.
